MEMORIES PACKAGE
What the Package Includes:
§ Sheri will conduct a 1/2 hr. consultation at no cost. During this consultation, she will thoroughly explain the steps that will be taken to produce this professional video.
§ The client then chooses a package, determines a pay plan option, and signs an agreement. (A discount is given if full payment is made at this time.)
§ The client has two (2) weeks to e-mail Sheri all the questions gathered from friends and family.
§ Sheri and the videographer, with the client’s help, will determine an appropriate location for the interview. It may take place at the subject’s home, apartment, or perhaps an elder care facility. Professional lighting and sound are critical and will be provided for a successful quality videotaping.
§ After receiving e-mails of questions from family and friends, Sheri will conduct a 30-minute pre-taping interview with the subject. Sheri and the subject will review the questions and mutually decide what is important and appropriate. The subject’s comfort must be a priority.
§ A taping date will then be decided.
§ The interview will be taped by my professional videographer who will then edit the material for the final DVD.
§ Photos can also be interspersed throughout the video.
§ The final DVD will be between 40-45 minutes. The length will depend on the number of questions and the editing process.
§ The DVD will include a menu, so one may go to any desired segment of the interview immediately.
§ A portrait of the client will be included on the cover of the package and on the DVD.
§ Four (4) DVDs for gifting are included in this package.
§ The package will be delivered to the client, and the client will distribute the gift DVDs
FAMILY CIRCLE PACKAGE
This premium package offers the following in addition to what is provided in the Memories Package:
§ We can scan and digitize family photos, family-shot video clips, poetry by the client or family member, and/or special pieces of family history (up to 4 pages of information) into a Power Point presentation.
§ Six (6) DVDs for gifting are included in this package.
Additional DVDs are $20 each.
You will receive a $75 referral fee for each person you refer who buys a package.
